There is a loud sound coming from behind the glove box when the heater is going. This issue was recalled in 2023 but it has returned.
When accelerating from a complete stop making a left turn vehicle starting shaking and I could not accelerate. I was not on a safe road to pull out of the roadway. I had to turn the car off and back on again thankfully I was able to safely get the car home but this happened with no warning at all. This could have easily ended in an accident.
Rear back window blew out spontaneously. If my kids had been in the car it could have injured them with flying glass. No warnings prior. It had not been inspected prior because there had not been an issue before this. This is the second time it has happened in the same vehicle. First time was June 2023 and happened again 10/20/2025.
My 2015 Ford Expedition needs to added to the recall 22s56. I just paid $1,200 to have that part fixed cause it burnt up. Replaced the front blower motor assembly. My husband burnt his hand on the wire exposed under the dash then the mechanic said the blower motor has burnt up the components around it. The fan, motor, control, and wire assembly all was burnt up. Ford needs to be made to include my vehicle in their recall as that vehicle year, model, plant made in and date made all match.
Back-up camera, the back over prevention: sensing system: camera only works intermittently. I'm being told me vehicle is not part of the current recall in the 2015 Expedition that was issued in April 2025, yet my vehicle (a 2015 Expedition) is experiencing the problems detailed in the recall. Why isn't my vehicle part of this recall, shouldn't the recall be expanded to all 2015 Expeditions experiencing problems with faulty back-up cameras?.
I had parked the vehicle in grocery store lot. I had been shopping for 20-30 minutes when I was called to the service desk and was told to go to the parking lot. My car had rolled back across the parking lot aisle and had hit another vehicle. I verified that the car was in park. No one was in the vehicle at the time. It just slipped out of park and rolled. I called Ford motor company and they are not going to do anything about it, even though this is a documented problem they have had, just not on my particular year and model combination. They are the ones who suggested I file this report.
My ac blower went out, and we took it to a shop. The "pigtail" that connects looks to have been melted. I see there is a recall for this for other 2015 Expedition, but 0 recalls for my VIN. Not sure if I can reach out to Ford for this since it's not included in the recall.
Recall - there is a recall for 2015 Ford Expeditions for a coolant leak due to faulty water pump and or other related issues, recall was called in 2017. I just had my 2015 Ford Expedition in the shop for a coolant leak (same issue as recall) and paid $1800 plus $2300 to have it repaired. I had the dealership check my VIN to see about the recall and they said my vehicle is not included. I would like to know why my vehicle has the same issue as the recall but it not included in the recall. My vehicle would go begin to overheat and go into a fail safe midst driving. It would stop in the middle of the road while I was driving. I just want to know why my vehicle is not included in this recall when it is having the same problem as the ones that were recalled.
Was driving down the highway and the sunroof exploded , sounded like a loud gun shot in the car and glass everywhere.
I have reached out several times to two different Ford dealerships and nothing has been done about this recall.
My 2015 Ford Expedition randomly dies when I drive it. The vehicle only has 60. 000 miles on it, we took it to a Ford dealership and they had the car for 3 months and cannot figure out what’s wrong with it even after having Fords master mechanics try and remedy. After doing research it seems like this is a super common issue and Ford needs to issue a recall to give its customers answers. My expensive vehicle is not safe to drive as it randomly dies without warning.
While driving the car on a busy street in austin, texas, the air conditioner stopped working. The driver and passenger (vehicle owners) noticed a burning smell. The driver pulled over and turned off the engine. Upon opening the hood, smoke was observed coming from the front passenger floorboard area. Melting hot plastic was observed dripping from under the dash. Flames were observed coming from the floorboard carpet. The driver received second degree burns to his fingertips on his right hand while inspecting the vehicle. The fire was extinguished and the car was towed to maxwell Ford in austin, texas for repair. Ford motor company was notified of the incident. The cause of the fire is believed to be related to the air conditioner blower motor, but the cause is still unknown. The car has received routine maintenance and servicing from Ford.
My car was left in park with the engine running and ac on for 30 min due to having groceries in the car. My car caught fire and completely burned up. There was nothing flammable in my car other than the 1/4 tank of gas I had left. Fire chief said the fire appeared to start in the engine. The vehicle was parked in a driveway.
The certified Subaru windshields are too thin. They break with little to no impact. I've had to replace two so far with only 3400 miles on the odometer. Have I mentioned how expensive these windshields are to replace, upwards of $1600. I know Subaru had a previous glass recall, but someone needs to look, into the 2019 windshields.
The car horn does not work whether the car is in motion or stopped. I feel this is a great safety hazard for me and other drivers out on the road.
I was involved in a major front end collision yesterday that is most likely resulting in totaling my brand new car. My entire front end is demolished and frame was definitely effected as car doors couldn't even be opened. With all that said my air bags didn't deploy, the safety feature that is supposed to protect my family and I god forbid we get in an accident which we did and I want to know why! I contacted Ford last night and they referred my to my dealership and when I called my dealership they told me they don't make the cars! I just want answers.
I was sitting in a wal-mart parking lot without the car running. The temperature was approx 35-40 degrees with light rain/snow. While sitting there I heard a really loud pop. After looking outside and around the vehicle to see what was overhead (nothing), I noticed that the moonroof had shatter and made the back part of the glass bubble upward toward the sky with a small hole and the entire glass shattered. Of course I had to drive the vehicle home (approx 22 miles) and then to the dealer (another 25 miles). At this point most of the glass fell into the moonroof slide cover and thus did not show the bubble in the glass. Ford will not cover stating it was broke by force. We have owned the car less than two months (purchased on 8/22/15 - day broke 10/18/15) and the vehicle has only 3,700 miles on it. All pictures taken were done by the dealer.
