Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2016 Ford Expedition

Tl- the contact owns a 2016 Ford Expedition the contact stated that while his wife was driving, and stopped at a stop sign, the vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle. The air bags did not deploy. The driver sustained injuries that required medical attention. Also, one of the passengers sustained minor bruises that did not require medical attention. The vehicle was damaged but was not totaled or towed. A police report was filed. The contact stated that the front passenger seat did not show light or chime when the seat belt was not on. The vehicle was taken to the mtn.
