3 Wheel Bolts problem

Failure Date: 07/21/2022

I purchased my Ford Expedition new in January 2018 and have driven it 40,000 miles. When I took it to wyatt johnson Ford yesterday for a routine oil change and tire rotation, I was told that it has "swollen lug nuts. " I have extended plus elite new warranty, ultimate titanium plus warranty, and perma plate appearance protection warranty; but was told that the warranties would not cover replacement of the swollen lug nuts. Apparently this is a poor design and Ford should redesign the lug nuts and issue a recall.
