Driver's side seatbelt was installed backwards, to fasten one must twist the belt.

Failure Date: 10/26/1996

Driving vehicle, suddenly the driver's side seat belt strap came apart and the bolt fell out on the floor of the vehicle.

5 Front Seat Belt Anchorage problem

Failure Date: 06/01/1996

Seat belts on passenger side front and rear failed.

Front passenger seat belt locks, restraining passenger, even when car is at a constant speed.
