Failure Date: 11/30/2001

Consumer explains that while having parked the vehicle in a driveway with a slight incline, driver left the vehicle running in park, while standing in the doorway the vehicle rolled up the driveway and struck another vehicle.

2 Automatic Transmission Park/neutral Start Switch problem

Failure Date: 10/15/2000

While vehicle was parked in the neutral position, and emergency brake on, vehicle jerked and rolled, causing a collision. Dealer has inspected the vehicle.

3 Automatic Transmission Park/neutral Start Switch problem

While vehicle is parked on slight incline, vehicle rolls either up or down hill. Consumer states this happens when the engine is turned off and the emergency brake has not been applied.
