The contact stated the key did not unlock the doors. It still worked on the ignition and the rear door. The vehicle has not been to a dealership for a diagnosis. Fire in ignition switch area. This is the same ignition switch used in other Ford vehicles which had been recalled for similar shorting problems and fires.
