One problem related to fuel injector has been reported for the 1999 Ford Explorer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Was losing fuel through exhaust pipe. Could smell odor /fumes inside of vehicle. Taken vehicle to dealer and was informed by the mechanic who checked, that the fuel injectors were stuck open, causing the leakage.
