1 Tire Valve problem

The contact owns a 2002 Ford Explorer. The vehicle has tech International, model tr413 valve stems. After the vehicle had been parked for approximately 20 minutes, the contact noticed that his front passenger side tire was completely flat. A replacement bridgestone dueler ht tire was purchased and the valve stem was replaced in October of 2007. The vehicle was driven to a dealer and they replaced the valve stem because it was split at the point where it meets the rim. The serial and part numbers were unknown.
