The engine is idling roughly especially just after I fill the gas tank. The fuel mileage has been steadily declining even though I've changed the spark plugs, coils, mass air flow sensor and air filter. The problem could be a defective fuel pump or something in the fuel system. There have even been occasions where the vehicle won't start immediately after I fill the gas tank until I've waited a few minutes.
