The contact wife owns a 2016 Ford Explorer. The contact stated while his wife was pulling out of the driveway, she noticed a loud clanking and grinding noise coming from the steering gear. The contacts wife stated the steering control became very difficult to operate when driving the vehicle which could become very hazardous and was a state of concern for the contact, no warning light illuminated.
