problem #1

There are several recalls that we have not been notified from george coleman Ford and travelers rest south carolina as far as the trim to the exterior between front windows and windshield or not properly engaged due to improper assembly or repair which causes the a pillar trim to come loose or fully detached and that's model from 2011 to 2019 ours is a 2017 Ford Explorer the roof rack trim the attachment that has not been fixed the high speed cooling fan motor relay has not been fixed the rear toe length has not been fixed the takata airbag recall has not been fixed and with that a pillar wear the rubber comes on the front windshield it has came off which has caused water to get inside of the vehicle so now we need to have that done as well but we have not been notified whatsoever I had to go on to the Ford dealership website to find out about all these recalls and I have called james foley ceo of Ford at 313-322-3000 and he's supposed to be calling me back but OH and also the front headlight wiring also has a recall so I'm not really happy right now pretty pissed off about all these people that lie to me don't want to tell me about the recalls and I have an NHTSA number for every single one of them there's a thing called lemon law about the cabin air filter nobody has ever said anything Cadillac converter cam timing assembly engine variable timing assembly ac vents in the back and also on the top of the inside of the car and in the back do not work that is also a recall on Fords behalf I think Ford's need to do a better job of making a vehicle without all these recalls cuz I believe there's I think 10 or so recalls and not once have we been notified from george coleman Ford here in travelers rest south carolina about any of the recalls like I said we had to find out this stuff ourselves I think that's pretty crappy is unprofessional and really is unconstitutional because if anything was to happen with the rear toe link can make you crash if not properly installed a.
