Intermittently rear shoulder belt would gradually tighten down on occupant while driving. Has to unlatch buckle to untigthen shoulder belt. Severe blowout, rollover 4 times resulted in paralized back seat occupant, shoulder belt did not deploy, only lap then released at 3 rollover( dot number: ).

Shoulder belts on driver's side and passenger's side are falling apart. Seat belt material is rotting away. Dealer has been notified about the problem. The belts will be replaced at owner's expense.
