The contact owns a 2001 Ford explorer. While driving at speed at 15 mph, the vehicle lost electrical power and the engine stalled. The steering became very difficult to maneuver and the contact was unable to maintain control of the vehicle. The vehicle rolled over as a result of the failure. The police arrived on the scene and the driver sustained minor injuries. The vehicle was taken to a local body shop to be serviced. The failure recurred intermittently and was then taken to an authorized dealer for service. The failure continued to recur intermittently. The VIN was not available.
