Two problems related to air brake antilock assembly have been reported for the 1997 Ford F-150. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
A short in the wiring around the master cylinder for the brakes caused the resevoir to catch on fire and burn.
Vehicle's brake fuse is loose and causes the rear brake lights to be inoperative.
