Three problems related to engine shut off without warning have been reported for the 1998 Ford F-150. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When traveling on highway vehicle shutdown without prior warning. Dealership was aware of problem.
When driving at 55 mph to 60 mph the vehicle shut down without giving the consumer any prior warning ,causing the consumer to run three vehicles off the highway road, and had to slow down and get back on the road. The vehicle has been back to Ford ten times and they can't determine the problem.
While driving or proceeding to turn a corner the vehicle will stall, and completely shut down without warning. Please give any further details.
