Extend cab with 4 doors. Where the rear seat and seat belts mount to the body it is completely rusted away. The seat and seat belt is loose and will not be secured in a crash. Very little rust on the rest of the cab and the rocker panels are intact. However the seat belts for the rear passengers on both the right and left side are not connected.
The contact owns a 2000 Ford F-150. While driving 35 mph, the contact rear ended the vehicle ahead of her, which caused a minor pile up. The passenger's head went through the rear glass. Both the contact and passenger were transported to the hospital by ambulance. A police report was filed. The body of the vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the rear seats were defective because they did not protect the occupant's heads. The current mileage was 79,000 and failure mileage was 68,000.
