Brake line on manifold was burnt causing brake fluid to be fryed on the engine.
The contact owns a 2002 Ford F-150. The contact stated that he heard a squeaking noise coming from the rear while braking. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and the contact was informed that the emergency brake disintegrated. The vehicle was repaired. The failure occurred a total of five times. The contact also stated that he had never used the emergency brake during the life of the vehicle and he was unaware as to how it could fail if it was never used.
