The contact owns a 2002 Ford F-150. The contact stated while at a tire shop getting his tires rotated, the mechanic was unable to remove the tires due to swollen lugs/nuts. No warning lights illuminated. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and suggested the contact call NHTSA. The approximate failure mileage was 100,000.
