Tl- the contact owns a 2009 Ford F-150. The contact stated while at a standstill the contact was rear ended which resulted in the contacts seatbelt not flexing with the crash which resulted in turn contact sustaining micro tears in intestinal track. The contact was treated at a hospital. The vehicle was driven back to the residence of the contact where it was diagnosed with frame crack which resulted in the vehicle becoming totaled. Upon investigation, the contact associated the failure with, load sensing mechanism. The manufacturer was not informed of failure. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was approximately 152,000. Dl.
Head rests in the way, seem to be to large, mostly noted when backing up & trying to look out back window, also on a person 5' foot tall (a woman ) the head rest hits them in the back of the head ,makes it very unplasent to ride in. The truck under that condtion .
