The contact owns a 2009 Ford F-150. While driving approximately 30 mph he slightly turned the steering wheel and the vehicle began to drastically veer towards the direction in which he slightly turned the wheel. The failure continued to recur; therefore, the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer 5 times where he had the front end aligned. Since the failure continued to recur, the tire manufacturer stated that the tires on the vehicle were passenger vehicle tires instead of truck tires. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 15,000 and the current mileage was 36,000.
