Adaptive Cruise Control problems of the 2014 Ford F-150

This truck is shutting off, especially when I reach a stop and sometimes become hard to start. I take it three times for recall and they refuse to fix the problem. They also charge me and I am at wrist with this vehicle I did because accidental or death and damage properties. I need an immediate solution because it did last had running me around telling me lies. I cannot drive my vehicle and I cannot pass inspection because of this situation.
