Tailgate Latch problems of the 2022 Ford F-150

The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact attempted to open the rear tailgate of the vehicle, and the tailgate inadvertently closed on the contact's arm. The contact was taken to a local emergency room and sustained a bruised and sprained humerus injury on their right arm. The dealer was contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
