The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while at the gas station the pump nozzle failed to go into the fuel filler neck correctly. The contact stated that the flap opened but the pump nozzle failed to fit as needed. The contact drove to another gas station to locate a pump nozzle that would fit into the fuel filler neck. The contact called the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but no additional assistance was provided. The approximate failure mileage was 140.

My 2000 F-150 Ford pickup. I went out in my driveway and noticed something hanging down from under the truck. It turned out to be the rear strap that holds the gas tank on the truck. It has rusted and came apart. The gas tank had dropped down about 3 inches and has all the hoses pulled tight. Ford says there are no recall on my truck.
