The chest clip slides very freely along the harness and the clip seams to unclasp to the point my 2 year old can slide and undo the clip and freely break out of the car seat which is a extreme safety hazard.
We are experiencing an issue with the car seat where after we have put our child in the seat, buckled the straps and tightened them, my 2 year old daughter can then push the straps back out, completely loosening them. The straps will not stay tight.
