Three problems related to tire valve have been reported for the 1999 Ford F-450. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
A defective valve stem caused tire failure, the valve stem should have been metal instead of plastic since the tire pressure exceeded 65#. Nlm.
Consumer's vehicle is experiencing same defect with valve stem as stated in recall # 01 v 046 000.
The dealer did not have the appropriate equipment to perform recall 01v-046. Nlm.
