The contact owns a 2000 Ford f450. He noticed smoke coming from under the hood after he cranked the engine. He then shut the vehicle off, opened the hood and saw flames. There is a recall for the vehicle speed control (NHTSA campaign id#06v286000) however, the dealer stated that his VIN was not included as part of the recall.
