One problem related to engine oil leaking has been reported for the 2003 Ford F-450. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The motor was leaking numerous amount of oil between the block which could have cause the vehicle to overheat. Consumer took vehicle to the dealer for a new replacement motor, but the problem recurred.
