Automatic Transmission Torque Converter problem

The contact owns a 2005 Ford F-450. The contact was driving 5 mph when a noise emitted from the engine. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The transmission fly wheel bolts, caused damage to fly wheel, torque convert and the bolts were removed in order to correct the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and the vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was 97,105 and the current mileage was 97,600.
