One problem related to front suspension coil spring has been reported for the 2005 Ford F-450. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I was driving my Ford F-450 truck on a secondary road in baja California when the left front coil spring fell off, presumably while passing over a bump in the road. I was not immediately aware that the spring was missing, and was not able to find the spring when I later searched the roadway.
