One problem related to side/rear glass has been reported for the 2005 Ford F-450. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
2005 Ford f450 sd - the vehicle was taken to the dealership when it had only 300 miles for scratches on the two side windows and front windshield. Now the vehicle has 5000 miles on it, and consumer cannot see out the windows, and it will not pass the state safety inspection. Also, the front windshield was pitted and scratched from the windshield wipers. Consumer called manufacturer, and took it back to the dealership, and they said that they would not do anything about the windows or windshield. A Ford sales representative looked at vehicle and said the damage was caused by putting the windows down dirty, and they would not go against what the dealer stated. It would not be repaired or replaced.
