The bright lines produced by the high beams impair vision similar to how a movie with flashing lights might affect a person. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? yes, by 2 dealers. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? no, I am trying to get the manufacturer to do so.
