The contact owns a 2024 Ford F-450 sd. The contact stated that while the contact's wife was driving at an undisclosed speed, the heated seats were activated. The contact's wife sustained second-degree burns to the back of both upper legs. The contact stated that one leg had a second-degree burn the size of a quarter, and the other leg had a second-degree burn the size of a silver dollar. The contact stated that the failure occurred while the contact's wife was traveling out of town.
