The contact owns a 2005 Ford F-650 super duty. The contact was driving approximately 70 mph when the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer where the fuel tank was replaced. The failure recurred approximately five times. After each failure, the vehicle was towed to an independent repair facility where the vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was 60,000 and the current mileage was 150,000.
