Takata recall. My cars transmission is not working well.
The wrench light would come on while driving the vehicle. It would happen in both city and interstate driving. The vehicle would go into limp mode and I would just barely be able to get on to the shoulder of the highway. Definitely a safety issue in 70 mph traffic. Stopping and restarting the engine would allow normal operation for about 5 miles. The problem would then occur again. The dealer diagnosed a bad throttle body with a code of p2011. I've read that Ford has a history of these problems with throttle bodies. It seems they have not fixed the issue on newer models.
The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fiesta. The contact stated while driving 45 mph, the vehicle started to stall. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. 2015 Ford Fiesta titanium with Ford Smart key system. We are able to enter vehicle and start it without having Smart key inside vehicle. Drive 200 feet with no warning key wasn't in the vehicle, as well as shut down and restart engine 3 times without key within close proximity. Called dealer to bring in.

The vehicle failed to accelerate over 50mph, the rpm increased independently, and the vehicle jerked when the accelerator pedal was depressed. The vehicle moved backwards. The electrical system failure caused the interior lights, door lights, the horn and the alarm system fail. The contact was also unable to lock or unlock the doors with the key. The headlights low beam dims, the contact had to driver with the high beam at night. The motor fan activates independently. The brake pads wore prematurely. The contact spoke with an unknown dealership whom advised the contact that the vehicle had too many failures, and they did not have the man power to repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 50. Li.
