Ford lug nuts swelled up so much that nobody could get tires off. Had to go to dealer and pay $250 to get those off and replaced. I was lucky that I was just trying to rotate the tires vice having to replace a flat.

I believe that it is the abs brake system I am bringing it to the Ford dealer Thursday. The caliper on the front driver side was not working so I changed it still didn't work fluid go's to the abs pump but doses not come out of that one. When you use the brakes the front passenger side locks up and slides like it's not going to stop it is really bad when the roads are wet and there were no warning signs. It's going to the dealer Thursday.

Two years ago, a Ford service person said 2 lug nuts needed to be replaced in order to rotate the tires. Later, I learned that this was a safety hazard because I would not have been able to change a flat tire. This time, I was told at the Ford dealer that all 16 needed to be replaced in order to rotate the tires. Also, I had to pay $110. To have this fixed. Once again, I was in danger of having a flat tire and being unable to remove the tire because of faulty lug nuts. This is a serious safety issue and should be recalled by Ford. I should also be reimbursed by Ford for this expense. No one should have to pay for replacing original Ford parts with parts that are still faulty.

The lug studs have "swollen" making it impossible to change a tire. I was told both by the tow truck driver who showed up to change the tire, and the tire shop where I took the car, that this is a known issue with this make/model and that you have to take it to a Ford dealership to be addressed.
Swollen lug nuts made removing wheels impossible. Unable to receive balance at a shop. Tire blowout on 28apr22 caused prolonged disablement in unsafe area due to inability to remove lug nuts and change tire.
Lug nuts! they have swelled due to cheap product putting chrome over steel. Have to replace as mechanic can't get tires off. These could have cracked while driving, which would have put pressure on other lug nuts, maybe causing tires to fall off while driving. Being replaced with manufacturers lug nuts so it's going to happen again.
Swollen lug nuts.
The lugnuts swell and the lug hut wrench with the car will not remove the lug nuts. My wife got a flat tire, she was alone on the side of the road and could not get the tire off because the wrench would not fit. The road side service could not get it off also. We had to get the car to a service center and they had to hammer a larger socket on it to back the nuts off. They say this is a common problem. Really? a common problem that lug nuts fail??? this is not right. I called the Ford dealership and they said sorry but there is nothing we can do. I called Ford directly and they said the same thing. Poor service.
When do purshase the car the speaker on r side had alot of static and when I would drive the wheels seem to wobble, and felt ver in safe to drive. When I was to take car in the covid came and closed everything down. When service department open I took car in and explained what was wrong so they replaced the speaker and said the r side under wheels were really bad and it needed to be fixed. I didn't remember to let service know about the inside parts that was broke and missing. Then they had to close again. Once I was able to get oil change and wheels rotate it I managed to talk to the sales agent and explain to him what was going on and he told me to bring my car in to see how much it would be and he would give me his discount price. This stuff was damaged before I even purchased the car so I don't think I should have to pay for anything. Now something up under my car is making sounds when I break and I don't think it's the brake pads or the shoes because I know that sound and it has to be something else. I have had problems with this car since I purchased it and even before taking it off the lot and because of the covid-19 it's been very hard to get back and forth to get things taken care of I'm afraid to drive my car now because when I let off the gas and get ready to go into the break it sounds very strange. I personally think that this car had a lot of damages could have been in a crash prior to me purchasing the car and it's just not safe. I haven't had the car a year and when I purchased a car it was 38,437 and now my car is 40,000 I will try to get this fixed before I drive it and put myself and my grandkids in danger.

Tps light stays on. Air lose in front driver tire and back driver side tire. I have to put air in both tires every day. About 15 lbs of air in the front driver tire and about 8 lbs of air in the back driver side tire.
Tl the contact owns a 2014 Ford Fiesta. While driving 35-40 mph, the contact felt a lot of play in the wheels and the vehicle jerked. The vehicle self corrected and operated as designed. In addition, the traction control, abs, tpms, and maintenance warning indicators were illuminated and the speedometer was inoperable. The vehicle was taken to precision Ford (945 n main st, lillington, nc 27546, 910-814 2243), but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to a local dealer. The failure mileage was 100,000.
My airbag light keeps coming on. Also tire low light is coming on I also hear a banging noise when I use the heat or air. , this happens whether driving or parked.
While driving down the highway the wheel to my car split in two. It was not caused from hitting anything, there was no potholes, etc in the road. I was traveling at approx. 60mph on a straight road when this happened and thankfully nobody was injured. The tire was not involved. The wheel just split into two pieces!!!.

After having a flat tire, I find that the included lug wrench will not fit the lug nuts. After a good samaritan stopped to help me, and had a 4 way wrench, we found that the lugs would just spin. They would not loosen or tighten. After 3 hours on the side of the road, and 3 phone calls to the local Ford dealer, he told us the lugs had an outer layer that would swell over time causing this problem. We had to put a socket on the lug nut and beat the socket on, to squeeze down the outer layer onto the actual lug. If not for someone else's kindness, I would've been stuck on the side of the road, having to call a tow truck, for a simple nail in my tire. Lug wrenches and spare tires have no purpose when you cannot get the lugs off. After having this problem and researching it, I have found this to be a problem with almost all Ford model vehicles, and so far, nothing has been done to fix it. This is a mental and physical hazard that can easily be fixed by solid lug nuts instead of the junk that is still being used by Ford. Now I have out of pocket expenses to replace lugs, because of a bad design.
Only had 36315 miles on vehicle when I was advised by quick lane who is associated with keller Ford that I already needed tires. Warranty on tires 60 thousand miles. Left rear shock already leaking hydraulic fluid and needing to be replaced.
Takata recall , I have a 2011 Ford Fiesta and the engine got messed up so I took it to a shop and they fixed it I paid 2,500 to get it fixed and when I'm driving my wheels go all crazy and all this sensors turn on and my door open last time with my 2 year old and my 6 year old inside and now it won't close.
Only had vehicle a month. Had 2 blow outs on tires. Have had problems with suspension since that time. Had to several alignments and replace more tires due to ware. Have problems with steering mostly on the passenger side still continues.
Metal fatigue in lug nuts as my wife and I were getting read to pull on to the dallas north tollway (speed limit 70 mph) on 11/23/16, another motorist desperately flagged us down and yelled your tire is falling off. The tires were rotated the Friday before (11/18/16) at stanley point Ford. Upon stopping, three of the four lug nuts were loose. I had the car towed to stanley point Ford and the service manager reported back to me that those three lug nuts were stretched and worn. He also found two others on the car in the same shape. They replaced all 16 lug nuts on the car. (see attached).

The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fiesta. While driving 20 mph, the vehicle vibrated severely before the front passenger wheel detached. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact mentioned that an unknown notice was received from the manufacturer pertaining to the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 22,000.
None of the recalls were ever done to my vehicle. Mailing problems didn’t receive notification in mail. Door handle fell off and window handles coming off. Tag light glitching and in car press light doing the same. Crack plastic parts of car cracked years ago. Strange engine leak. Door panels coming off and panel around gear broke a year after I got the car. I sent complaint two years ago. I have not heard from anyone.
I was rear ended by a Ford f350 so hard that I hit the car in front of me, a Honda accord. The back of my 2011 Ford Fiesta is smashed in and the front of the car, is smashed in. The back window is scattered, the sunroof slider fell back into the car, the front right wheel (passenger side) is bent, and the car does not turn on. I understand in rear end crashes the air bags usually do not go off, but when I hit the car in front of me, the air bags should have gone off.
I wrote a letter to Ford motor company regarding the optimo h426 tire manufactured by hankook on my new 2014 Ford Fiesta that was purchased in January 2014. I felt that it should have been under warrany since the bubble was located on the side wall of the tire and not on the tread. I received a response that was unsatisfactory and they wouldn't reimburse me for the cost of a new replacement tire ($156. 67). My dad was driving in another town and noticed another car also had a bubble on the side wall of the tire so I decided to let you know; possibly see if this is under investigation or not. I am concerned about safety on the road, etc. And with this defective tire had blown; I would have had more problems.
I got 4000 miles on my car. It is 1 year and 3 months old. I've blown out 6 tires buy hitting pot holes. And once add front bumper damage. I what the car recalled. Or better stronger rims and tires. I wanted to get wheel insurance after the first one but my brother and brother said don't. Just don't hit pot holes. That's impossible I michigan. And I am told it to late. I rather have stronger rims and tires.

Was driving on highway and back left tire exploded, the complete side wall all the way around blew out. I had problems with losing air and I got no where with the dealership, then when this happened I even printed out complaints others had with the same tires and they said they could not do anything because it was considered wear and tear. I bought my vehicle in Aug of 2012 and its not even a year old. I am also hearing more complaints from others. I have a commercial lic. , and this could have been deadly for an unskilled driver. I fear for mine and others safety. I had my tires replaced at wal-mart.
