My vehicle tints in the back and passenger front side are staring to warp. This make it difficult to view where I'm turning. I can roll down the passenger window for visibility but can't do this for the back, which sucks. I don't have the funds to have tints redone. What do I do in this situation?.

It started smoking all of a sudden from the engine area. I think the manufacturer is not revealing the real problems in the recall notice.

On 12/31/2015 while traveling in the fast lane on a busy crowded highway in the pouring rain with my windshield wipers on high, all of a sudden poof they stopped working. They would not come back on. I took it to the dealer (mizzell Ford-waynesboro, GA) on 1/04/2016 to have it repaired. One of the wires had come loose or disconnected from the harness that controls the wipers. They repaired the wire and relocated the harness. My concern is this being an extreme safety issue. I was fortunate enough to realize immediately what had happened and was in a spot where I could roll down the driver window while being soaked to pull safely off the highway. Some others that this has or will happen to may not be as fortunate resulting in a deadly accident. Thank you in advance for reviewing my concerns.

The passenger-side side mirror insert fell out of the mirror housing leaving me with no mirror for side viewing while driving. This happened while the car was parked on the street out side my house. There was no damage of any type to the external mirror housing. I have the mirror insert. It fell to the street undamaged. The plastic articulating ball that holds the mirror insert inside the mirror housing was what failed on its own inside the mirror housing, I have the failed mirror insert.
The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fiesta. The contact stated that water was leaking from the windshield into the dashboard and the air bag and stabilizing warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 1,800. The VIN was unavailable.
This all came about at 11:30 pm when leaving the work place the car would not provide heating to the defrosters or other areas after the engine was at operating temp. The outside temp was at minus six and wind chill below that number. The car was driven home a distance of five plus miles with the windshield frosted making it difficult to see through. Upon arrival at home there was two small cleared spots the size of half dollars at the bottom of the windshield. After having the car towed to the dealer this morning they determined the problem was an iced cabin air filter and [frozen] as in iced fan blower they had to dry out. Per ssm 44942 in which engineers at Ford [ I presume ] were investigating or as stated on the paper work I received from the dealer, concerned engineers. This falls under safety do to vision being impaired because of this problem which appears to be known by the manufacture. This car was only driven at this late time of night as traffic was almost nil and the extreme weather dictated.
The contact owns a 2011 Ford Fiesta. The contact stated that while driving at night, there was a reflection on the rear view mirror while looking through the rear window. The failure occurred when the vehicle was driven at night. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and they applied tint to the rear window however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 64,000.
Snow is entering through the cowl top are and melting, the water enters the blower motor and then freezes the blower motor. This makes it so my car has no heat or functional defroster. When I brought the car back to the dealership I purchased it from they stated it was a "design flaw" and "common problem. " the suggestion they gave me was to keep snow and ice away from the cowl top which is unrealistic for where I live. I have driven to and from work three times this winter without heat in my car, and since there is no defroster my windows also have to be cracked open to make sure that windows do not fog.
The front windshield wipers didn't work when the temperature was cold. My daughter was almost in an accident when the windshield iced up. We had to find a time when Ford service could see the problem and were told the Fiesta needed a new windshield wiper motor. $400 when I asked service how this could happen on such a new vehicle I was told the motor does wear out. I asked what we could do to prevent this from happening again and was told the motor should last 4 years, the same as this one. I've never had a windshield wiper motor go bad and I keep cars from 10-15 years.
Filled windshield wiper fluid. All leaked out. Tank sprung a leak and needed to be replaced.
The rear head restraints in the 2011 Ford Fiesta create severe blind spots out from the rear of the car. These blind spots can only be managed by removing of both the left and right head restraints. This creates a safety hazard for passengers who do not know, or replace the head restraints in a rear collision. Ford has addressed this issue in their 2012 models, by using a head restraint that folds down when not in use by a passenger. Ford has failed to include this update to the 2011 year lineup. I live in a major urban area and have seen many of these cars driving around with either no head restraints present, or installed incorrectly. Ford is charging $300+ per headrest mechanism. The part number is <611a08 I humbly request that the NHTSA please look into this matter. I was unfortunately in a hard rear end collision last winter and will attest to how well the head restraints work in crash conditions. Thank you very much for your time.
