I was driving down the road, heard a pop, fishtailed then rolled over 1. 5 times into a ditch. A rear suspension part broke, indicated by groves made at the scene and camber of tire after accident. The rollover could have seriously injured myself or my passenger. The police report refers to a mechanical failure. No warning signs from the vehicle.

The contact owns a 2016 Ford Flex. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 20v072000 (suspension) and had the vehicle serviced at tuscaloosa Ford (5801 mcfarland blvd e, tuscaloosa, al 35405). Months later, the contact stated that while driving 65 mph, she suddenly lost control of the rear end of the vehicle without warning. The contact stated that as she turned the steering wheel to the left, the vehicle would shift to the right and vice verse. The failure nearly caused the vehicle to flip over while driving. The contact regained control of the vehicle and continued driving at a slower speed. The contact's husband then called the dealer and was informed to no longer drive the vehicle. Due to the failure, the vehicle was towed back to the dealer where they diagnosed the failure as a fractured toe link, which she linked to the prior serviced recall. The dealer informed her that she would have to repair the vehicle out of pocket. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired and remained in the possession of the dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 66,000.

The contact owns a 2016 Ford Flex. T the contact received notification of NHTSA campaign numbers: 20v072000 (suspension) however, the part to do the recall repair were not yet available. While driving, the contact heard a loud knocking from the passenger's side of the dashboard. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. Murray Ford starke (13447 us-301, starke, FL 32091) and the manufacturer were not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was 35,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

Ray haskel Ford (801 kennedy memorial dr, oakland, me 04963, 207-873-7193) was contracted and it was confirmed that the part was not available however, the contact was informed that an aftermarket was available for purchase to fix the vehicle and would be replaced when the remedy part was available. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. The contact stated that the vehicle was two months overdue for inspection and failed to pass the state inspection. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 69,893. Suspension problem #9

Tl- the contact owns a 2016 Ford Flex. The contact stated that while driving about 60 mph, the vehicle struck a bump and a bump, a squeaky noise was heard without warning. The vehicle was taken to the airport marina Ford dealer 310-574-2641, located at 6701 center dr w ste 925, los angeles, CA 90045) where it was diagnosed that the strut mount went out and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who replaced the part. The contact also stated that while backing out of a parking space and attempted to turn the wheel, it was noticed that the wheel was bent. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. The vehicle was later towed to an independent mechanic. The failure was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 47,000. Fe.
