Evenflo 5 in 1 infant seat. Model number 5751292p1. Problems getting base of child seat installed. When using the latch, the yellow base adjuster hit the right top of the latch anchor. When the strap was tightened it brought the front of the base up off the vehicle seat and the baby's head flopped forward.
