Tl- the contact owns a 2005 Ford Focus. The contact stated that while driving and at a stop sign, the vehicle was rear-ended and the driver front seat had dis-engaged attachment to the floor of the car. The air bags deployed. A police report was not filed. The contact was taken to the hospital for medical attention. The vehicle was towed. The vehicle was totaled. The approximate mileage was approximately 80,000. Bd.
Vehicle was at a complete stop,and was impacted at 50 mph by another vehicle. The driver side seat back twisted in the direction of the passenger side seat and snapped. Please provide more details. Ph.
