Driver noticed that the trunk lid failed to lock properly . The driver would have to slam trunk lid before it would lock. The consumer drove to dealer for inspection. The mechanic replaced the hood lever due to wear and tear. The consumer informed the mechanic that this problem still occurred and has not been resolved.
The dealer had to remove the rear seats and trunk lock to get the trunk to open.
