general problems of the 2006 Ford Focus

Drivers side rear door electric door lock will not lock. The same thing happened on the passengers side about two years ago.

The contact owns a 2006 Ford Focus. The contact stated that all four doors would fail intermittently, occasionally locking her out of the vehicle. The dealer did not offer any assistance and the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. No repairs were performed. The current mileage was 66,000 and the approximate failure mileage was 61,000.
