1 Frame And Members problem

The contact owns a 2007 Ford Focus. The contact stated that the vehicle was purchased with 5,000 miles on it. She stated that the vehicle makes a noise while driving 35 mph. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated that the vehicle had been repaired but the noise was still present. The vehicle also began pulling to the right at speeds of 35 mph or higher. While driving 55 mph or higher the vehicle would shimmy back and forth. All four of the tires on the vehicle have been replaced seven times. The contact stated that a set of tires would only last about 10,000 miles. A Ford sales person told the owner that the vehicle probably " fell off of the truck" and might have a bent frame. The failure had become progressively worse over time. Ford motor company will not buy the vehicle back since it had over 60,000 miles on it. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000. The current mileage was approximately 60,000.
