The contact owned a 2009 Ford Focus. While driving 30 mph, an oncoming vehicle crashed into the contact's vehicle head-on. The driver side air bag deployed. The contact sustained neck and chest injuries that required medical attention. The vehicle was destroyed. A police report was filed and the vehicle was towed to a collision depot.
