The contact stated while driving 45 mph, an abnormal, rattling sound began to emit from the rear driver side tire as the low tire pressure warning message appeared on the instrument panel. The rear driver side tire's tread separated from the vehicle as the vehicle swerved to the right. The contact hit her head on the driver side window and sustained an injuries to her head, left thumb, and neck; she did not seek medical attention.
