Traction Control System problem #1

The contact owns a 2005 Ford Freestar. The contact stated that while driving 35 mph, the vehicle stalled and all of lights on the instrumental panel illuminated. The failure was experienced several times. The vehicle was towed to a local mechanic, who performed a diagnostic test and located the failure at the power train control module. The power train control module was replaced. The failure mileage was 20,000 and the current mileage was 23,000.

Traction Control Light On problem #2

2005 Ford Freestar 75,000 miles. Traction control off light illuminates approximately 2 minutes after van is in drive. When tires start to spin, the computer displays "traction control active". Possible false warning light?.
