Tl-the contact owns a 2007 Ford Freestar. The contact stated the headlamps on his vehicle were made of plastic and gave poor visibility when the headlights were turned on. The contact also stated after cleaning the headlamps there was a yellowish tint on them that was made permanent. The contact felt this was a safety issue since he was unable to get clear visible usage from the vehicle headlights. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer no independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The approximate failure was 30,000. Lb.

Headlight beam pattern is terrible. No seeing distance on low beam and the high beam pattern has a large amount of light right down in front of the vehicle, where it does no good.
