Seat Belt problem #6

The seat belt does not stay snug against the hips due to the lack of a manual adjustment. No mater how many times I try to make it snug, it works its way up toward the belly. It also does not hold me in place in the set during sudden maneuvers as a manually adjustable seat belt buckle would.
