On the morning of Thursday November 21st, 2013 I loaded my kids for school and proceeded to exit my garage and turn my defrost on when not a min later my rear window popped and shattered. I called Ford and reported the incident and was advised that was not a safety concern and that it would not be repaired. My children sitting in the back seat could have been seriously injured by the class but not for the tint that held it in place. . .
