Air Brake Antilock problems of the 2010 Ford Fusion

The contact owns a 2010 Ford Fusion. The contact stated was driving at 30 mph, and approaching a stop sign the contact had depressed on the brake pedal and when doing so noticed the brake pedal was almost touching the floor of mat of the vehicle. Before going to a complete stop. After stopping the contact pulled the vehicle into a parking lot where the contact had to pump the brake pedal up and restart the vehicle for the vehicle to begin to driver normally, however the failure reoccurred several time intermittently there after. The contact concern the failure is related to a recall for the anti- lock braking system. Manufacturer recall number: (19s54) but was told after reaching out to the manufacturer their vehicle is not part of that recall. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 83,000.
