The head rests/restraints of this vehicle protrude forward in an unnatural way and force a person's head forward in an unnatural position. This is causing pinched nerves in my neck resulting in tingling in my feet when I am driving. I have researched this online, and hundreds of other people (maybe more) are complaining of the same problem with the head rests/restraints, resulting in various physical problems for those people, including backaches, neck aches, and headaches. Not all Fords have this protruding head rest, but a number of them do. I have seen a lot of complaints on the focus and edge as well. I have looked at other makes by other companies, and they don't have these protruding headrests/restraints.
